• Position Title: Accounts cum HR Executive/ Finance cum HR Executive
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm; Sat 8 am - 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
• Administer payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and resolve related queries.
• Process and submit work pass applications, ensuring adherence to immigration regulations and guidelines.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years of related working experience in the F&B industry.
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven experience in full sets of accounts management, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and work pass application.
