Salary: S$2500-S$3500
Working days & hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm
Working location: Woodlands MRT
Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Finance in the full sets of accounts such as day-to-day accounting function and month-end closing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with the audit reporting process & audit schedules.
- Liaise with bankers, external auditors, and corporate secretary.
- Perform monthly payroll, CPF/EPF submission, tax, and insurance-related matters.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration such as work passes application, staff hiring and exits, filing, leave recording, NS claims, etc.
- Update staff handbook and company SOP.
- Ensure HR practices comply with the employment act and regulations.
- Submission for all government-related survey/statistics and grants.
- PA to Director.
- Other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
