Manage full sets of accounts, bookkeeping, and daily accounting documents
Prepare financial statements and statutory reports
Prepare audit schedules and assist during audits
Handle monthly payroll, GST submissions, CPF submissions, tax filings, and insurance-related matters
Manage cash flow
Administer employee leave and maintain HR records
Stay updated on accounting, tax, and labor laws, and integrate changes into company operations
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
At least 2 years' experience in accounting and HR administration
Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards and CPF regulations
* Proficiency in SAP
