Job Description

The Accounts Cum HR Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks. Additionally, the role includes account management tasks, record-keeping, payroll processing, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.





Qualifications



Handle full set of accounts, including manual data entry, AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders Extra knowledge in HR will be an added advantage Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management
