Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Cum HR Executive based in Singapore. The Accounts Cum HR Executive will be responsible for managing daily finance operations, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards; record-keeping, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and as well as quarterly GST submission, monthly financial and management report. Beside this generating monthly SOA to customer, follow up payment and updating receipts for Accounts Receivable. AP will need to handle invoice posting and generate payment to vendor.
Your job roles will also cover the liaising with external stakeholder like Corporation Secretary, Tax Agent and auditor.
