Job Description
We are a Commodities Trading Company engaged in Import / Export and International Trade of Liquid Oil and Petrochemical Products
We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Assistant with the following responsibilities
- Data Entry in TALLY ERP Accounting System for all Vouchers (Purchase, Sale, Expenses, Journals etc)
- Internal Audit of All Vouchers and Transactions
- Co-Ordination with Banks for Trade Finance
- Planning, Budgeting, Management of Overall Finances of the Company
- Preparation of Final Books of Accounts for External Audit, Coordination with External Auditors
- Compliance with Regulatory Requirements
- Preparation of MIS Reports and Quarterly Reports for External Stakeholders
