Job Description
- Position : Accounts Excutive (Full Sets /Construction Industry) - Up to $4200
- Location : East - Changi South
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.15pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Permanent

- Handle full set of accounts for month end & year end closing
- Prepare monthly accounts schedules
- Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
- Analyse cost and the actual performance compared to budgets
- Prepare management reports
- Budget planning
- Handle quarterly GST submission
- Tax and statutory audit compliance
- Assist in any adhoc reporting as and when required
- Diploma in Accounting with minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin.
