Job Description
- Position: Accounts Executive (AR Only / Healthcare Industry) - Up to $3800 - Novena
- Location: Novena Square
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus (up to 3 months) + Medical/Dental Benefits $700/year
- Duration: Permanent

- Perform day to day AR transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AR data
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify descrepencies and resolve clinics\'s/hospital\'s billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals
- Generate statements of accounts detailing accounts receivable status
- Responsible for obtaining timely payments from clinics\'/hospitals within agreed payment terms and reducing AR outstanding
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Must have minimum 2 years of related experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Candidates with Audit experience will have an added advantage
