Job Scope:

Data entry into accounting system

In charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions

Assistance for preparation of audit documentation and process

To prepare payment for vendor

To prepare bank reconciliation

Assist in accounting duties, archiving and filing of documents

Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Requirements

Diploma in Accountany or other relevant certificates

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Meticulous, responsible, a team player

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
