Tenancy management: New leases, Renewals, Terminations, Processing of SD collections and Refunds. Monthly Reporting and bank/collections reconciliations. Attend to queries from corporate clients, tenants and Auditors. Monthly bank reconciliation Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR). Involve in financial audits liaison with auditors / banks / operations. Preparation of schedules for all Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
