Job Description

:

• Processing of staff claims, rental and other disbursements
• In-charge for AR (invoice, receipt) & AP (invoice, payment & cheque)
• Input of accounting entries, AR, AP, Journal to SAP accounting software
• Prepare monthly closing sets, including Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Monthly journal prepayment, accrued sales, FA, support fee and quarter-end / fiscal year-end provision, adjustment entries
• Prepare bank reconciliation & FD roll-over
• Manage bank loans & shareholder loans
• Handling/Posting petty cash
• Respond to accounting audit/inquiries from audit firm
• Any other duties as assigned by GM/RM
• Monitor Project status and LC related matters.

Requirements:

• Knowledge/experience in SAP S4 accounting software is an advantage
• Able to work independently as well as an effective team player, possess positive working attitude, energetic and proactive
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• A hands-on person with initiative, confident and able to communicate effectively
