JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)Invoicing/ Bill/ Credit Note/ PO System: Purchase Order/ Enter Bill/ Invoice/ Credit Note Creation of New PO for few vendors using Quick book. Check and verify on bill (Purchase Order Bill), credit note receive and get approval from President before issue to customer (back-to-back). Mailing the generated invoice/credit note to customer via post and email.Account Receivable & Payable Generated Statement of Account Account Receivable: Collecting payment & Overdue payment, exceeding credit limit. Account Payable: Maintain bank cash flow. Prepare payment list and payment vouchers.Order Process Issue Pro Forma Invoice for new customers and make sure payment received before PO processing.HR - Accounts Related Manage employees leaves (Medical Leave, Annual Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave) Office Maintenance Staff Claims Verification InsuranceOperation Related Local Shipment Handle FedEx/ TNT/ DHL. Handle incoming shipments for local customers including coordination with Kerry Logistic. Keep track and maintain the stock list.
