Job ResponsibilitiesRole 1: Account Receivable & Claims

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables and activities
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
• Support department adhoc duties when needed

Role 2: Full Set Account Executive

• Consolidate e-commerce sales on all online platforms
• Perform and prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Handle full set of account
• Generate Tax Invoices
• Prepare month end schedules
• Preparation of payment via TT / Cheque
• Prepare and posting of Journal Entries
• Prepare and file Quarterly GST Return
• Assist Management in Preparation of Financial Budget and Plan (eg: Cashflow and Monthly forecast)

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in accounting or equivalent fields with minimum 2 years of Account Receivable experience
• Experience in handling large volume of transactions
• Experience in using MYOB accounting software.
