Job Description
- Position : Senior Accounts Executive (Full Sets/GST/Good Working Environment) - Up to $4800
- Location : Central - Clarke Quay
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4800 + Variable Bonus + 9 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves
- Duration : Permanent

- Responsible for full sets of accounts.
- Prepare payments and staff reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
- Prepare schedules for fixed assets.
- Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
- Quarterly GST reporting and filing.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
- High command of Chinese to liaise with China HQ.
- Responsible for IRAS company-related matters.
- Monthly payroll and CPF submission.
- Other Ad-hoc duties
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with China HQ.
