Our Client is a Social Service Agency that provides comprehensive and professional eldercare services to the aged.

Work Location: Singapore, 529123

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM - 5:45PM

JOB SCOPE

• Settlement, bank deposit and system update.
• To inform relevant parties via email for donations deposited
• Ensure timely inputs of receipts received via electronic banking
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow-up on overdue payment
• Prepare AR Bank reconciliation on a timely basisHandle inquiries on caregivers\' payment and billing matters
• Manage petty cash and claims
• Ensure rechargeable items are accounted accurately on a timely basis for recharging to residents\' account
• Generate Invoices, debit notes and credit notes for nursing homes residents and forward it to caregivers via Email/Whatsapp/Mails
• Prepare final settlement to close the discharge and RIP resident account in accounting book
• Prepare ILTC quarterly workload reports
• Prepare quarterly Medifund & FAS report
• Update the balance sheet schedules and follow up on any discrepancies Update charity dollar funds into the excel spreadsheet monthly.
• Prepare working file and update the bill workload and revenue template monthly.
• Updates on utilization of restricted donation for review
• Witness on-site fixed assets transfers /disposals /scraps /acquisitions
• Safekeep residents valuable and keep proper record in excel spreadsheet.
• Support annual audit
• Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/certification in Accounting, with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Experience and knowledge of SAP will have an added advantage.
• Good understanding of work processes, internal controls and corporate governance
• Analytical, resourceful and possess good problem-solving capability.
• Meticulous -completes tasks and reports accurately.
• Team player who is able to express clearly, listen and understand effectively.
