Job Description

Summary:

• Location: Yishun
• Working hours: 5 days
• Salary: Up to $3.5K

Responsibilities:

• Review, check retail outlets\' daily sales report and resolve any discrepancies
• Review, check and receipt vouchers and monthly sales entries
• Review sales billings and debit notes for rental, utilities, inter-company and supplier back charge
• Sales reconciliation for online platforms against bank receipts & internal sales records, posting of sales entries in Finance system
• Perform monthly Bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing activities such as monthly reconciliation, accruals, Journals, fixed assets and other audit schedules.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Supervisor
