The Opportunity

Opportunity to work within a leading air hub in Asia/ eCommerce business. The finance manager will be responsible for various aspects of day-to-day finance operations in Singapore & Malaysia. The incumbent will be a business partner with key stakeholders to deliver key finance and operations KPIs.

Monday - Friday; 830am - 6pm
Salary: Up to $3.5k
Location: Central

The Talent:

Reconcile and maintain petty cash & bank balances
Reconciling of daily sales with payment gateway platform
Ensure monthly settlement of sellers\' accounts for sales are reconciled
Ensuring suppliers\' invoices are keyed correctly into the accounting system on a timely basis
Check and process staff claims in accordance with company policy
Preparation of monthly schedules
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
