About Our ClientOur client has a strong reputation in the technology sector with a brand establishment of over 20 years. They\'re highly regarded for their dedication to innovation and have consistently maintained strong financial stability over the years. Due to expansion, we are now seeking for a dedicated Accounts Executive (Costing - Project) to join the growing team.

• Project based costing:
• Maintain active list of projects
• Manage revenue and expenditure for each project
• Ensure project budgets align with external cost sheets
• Update system with approved overhead costs
• Investigate potential over/under budget items
• Address open purchase orders for completed projects
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project inquiries
• Month-end closing:

• Prepare journal entries related to projects
• Adjust and reclassify accounts as needed (e.g., timeclocking)
• Handle internal transfers and rental charges
• Ship inventory to work-in-progress for cost capture
• Annual Audit:

• Attend to auditors\' queries

The Successful Applicant

• GCE O Levels, or Diploma in relevant field
• Proven experience in Costing function, proficient in accounting entries and treatment in a stable career track record will be beneficial
• Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and computer savvy
• Proactive, Analytical and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good written and communication skills
• Use of Epicor systems will be beneficial but not a must
