• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics)
• Position Title: Accounts Executive (Temp)
• Working Location: Pioneer (Near MRT station)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM - 4.45 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,900 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Contract (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Track and document indirect material orders in the Accounts Payable (AP) system.
• Enter all indirect material invoices into the ERP system accurately.
• Execute payments to suppliers for indirect materials.
• Record journal entries for consumable inventory items.
• Log provisional expenses and similar items in the general journal.
• Generate and share reports on raw material purchases and inventory.
• Help with monthly expenditure reports and submitting data to the Economic Development Board (EDB).
• Keep the Fixed Asset Register and records for tooling and consumables current and correct.
• Calculate and report royalty payments for tax filing with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
• Participate in special projects as needed, such as inventory checks, audits, and tax-related tasks.
• Provide backup for other team members and carry out various additional duties.

• GCE "A" Level, LCCI, Diploma, or similar in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing (training provided for those without relevant experience).
• Experience with inventory management and costing.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous in ensuring preciseness and attention to detail.
