We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to support sales and trading operations in a fast-paced coal trading environment. The role involves managing customer accounts, coordinating trade execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of coal shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support customer accounts and daily trade activities
Coordinate coal trading transactions from contract to delivery
Prepare and manage trade documentation and invoices
Liaise with traders, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely shipments
Monitor shipment status, contracts, and payment schedules
Requirements
2-5 years' experience in account management, sales support, or trade operations
Knowledge of international trade, shipping, and documentation
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Pay: $1,676.12 - $5,532.95 per month
