We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the
full set of accounts
, payroll, HR-related matters, and assisting in permit applications.
Responsibilities:
Handle
full set of accounts
(AP, AR, GL).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
Support GST submission and corporate tax filing.
Manage
payroll processing
and CPF submissions.
Handle staff leave, claims, and basic HR administrative matters.
Assist in
work pass / permit applications
(e.g., S Pass, Work Permit).
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
Ensure compliance with accounting, HR, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in any ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts.
Experience in
payroll processing and HR administration
preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients/suppliers)
