Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
- Position Title: Accounts Executive (Fixed Assets & Inventories)/ Accounts Officer
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Issue customers Debit Note & Credit Note
- Fixed assets transactions posting - addition, disposal, transfer, write off
- Liaise with internal/ external auditors on Fixed Assets related matters
- Preparation of receivables reports
- Involve in month-end close activities
- Other accounting tasks & projects as assigned.
- At least Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience, preferably in the manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of GST is highly preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
