Job Scope

Handling and maintaining of full set of accounts, which includes Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and other ad-hoc duties
Ensuring that all accounting entries and procedures adhere to the company\xe2\x80\x99s standing instruction, including timely issuance of invoices to vendors/suppliers
Checking and keeping records of the reimbursements of petty cash
Monitoring of cash flow and accounts aging
Posting journal entries and finalizing accounts
Preparing monthly financial reports
Liaising with Auditors, Bankers, Suppliers and any internal or external parties on accounts matters
Providing relevant supporting returns and schedules for tax and statutory reporting including quarterly tax (GST) reports
Project costing, forecasting of cash flow, banking of cash collections, bank reconci l iation and special projects
Prepare all staffs\xe2\x80\x99 payroll and pay slip, & claims
