Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Accounts Executive

to support accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. This role will be responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts across multiple entities, performing financial analysis, supporting tax and audit requirements, and contributing to forecasting and planning cycles. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both local and US GAAP, experience in corporate accounting, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with GAAP. Manage and analyze monthly financial results, including budgeting and forecasting. Maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities, such as those based in Singapore, Indonesia, or regional groups. Perform monthly tax reconciliations, including sales and use tax, and ensure timely compliance reporting. Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts. Classify transactions correctly by entity, account, and department. Perform inter-company reconciliations. Review financial trends monthly, identify variances, and investigate discrepancies. Manage payment processes and staff expense reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation. Monitor accounts receivable and minimize aging balances. Prepare and submit GST filings. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting and operational matters. Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory filing requirements. Support external audits and manage audit-related documentation. Assist with new process improvements or system implementations as needed. Prepare monthly forecasts, operational plans, and budgets. Handle other ad hoc finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in

corporate accounting or financial analysis.

Able to handle full set of accounts and audit

Experience with SOA (Standard Operating Accounting) is a plus. Strong corporate accounting and reconciliation skills. Solid understanding of both US GAAP and local accounting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel), and accounting software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
