• Maintain full set of account for auditing (GL, AR, AP functions, invoicing, revenue collection and credit control)
• Process payroll, CPF, IR8A and tax submissions
• Process petty cash claims, etc
• Monthly bank reconciliation and inter-company balances / confirmation
• Preparation of monthly profit and loss account of individual project costing for PD / PM
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Schedules
• Prepares quarterly GST reconciliation and returns
• Ensure proper book keeping using ERP Accounting Software in meeting Audit Requirement
• Handles reporting and provide data analysis support
• Perform month-end closing and yearly management accounts
• Assist in monthly preparation of performance and management reports
• Assist in year-end audit
• Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting (eg. LCCI, CAT)
• At least 3 years working experience in accounting field
• Experience in doing Full set of accounts, preparing corporate tax and GST
• Possess high level of integrity, Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Responsible, proactive, possess initiative and able to work independently
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and knowledge of Quickbooks will have added advantage
• 5 days work week

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month Benefits:
