Job Description

• Position: Accounts Executive (Full Sets/GST/Healthcare Industry) - Up to $4800
• Location: Novena Square
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus (up to 3 months) + Medical/Dental Benefits $700/year
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts for Group and its subsidiaries
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions
• Prepare monthly variance analysis for the Group and subsidiaries accounts
• Prepare and ensure all month-end closing reports are submitted on a timely manner and ensure all intercompany balances are properly reconciled
• Management of cash flow and assist in the preparation of cash flow projections
• Prepare and ensure monthly management report are in accordance to FRS and accounting policies
• Prepare and implement financial and accounting policies and procedures for the group and make recommendations for improvements
• Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents and other professional advisors for statutory compliances
• Assist in the management and maintenance of robust internal control processes
• Implementing HQ corporate policies, procedures and reporting requirements for the Group
• Preparation of operational budgets and financial forecast

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with Audit or Healthcare experience will have an added advantage
