Responsibilities:

Financial reporting and support closing of accounts
Review of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
Prepare cash flow reports
Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Review outstanding accounts receivables and monthly analysis for sales collection
Prepare bank negotiation documents for incoming letter of credit
Prepare vendor payments and corporate income tax computations
Prepare annual estimated chargeable income (ECI)
Prepare & file monthly GST Returns
Prepare customer list for self-billing arrangement and Major Exporters Scheme renewal.
Prepare fixed expenses budget for the section
Prepare budget Balance Sheet and cash-flow
Prepare Rolling forecast and Mid Term Plan
Co-ordinate audit timetable and audit queries / requests / closure of issues

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and GST.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially excel spreadsheet.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and able to work well in a team are also essential.
