:Industry: Luxury BrandLocation: Central
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm
Good Remuneration PackageResponsibilities:Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post purchase orders.Inventory purchase rebate computation.Submission of sales report to landlords.Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.Conduct yearly stock count.Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations to optimize inventory related workflows.Ad-hoc duties and tasks when assigned.Job Requirements:Diploma in any disciplineAt least 3 years of relevant experience in inventory accountingPleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in luxury retail would be advantageousPlease send your updated cv to jingyee.lim@peopleprofilers.comAll Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notifiedEA Personnel: Lim Jing Yee, Lena
