Job Summary:

• Work location: Yew Tee
• Basic Salary from S$2,800 - $$ 3,500
• Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Roles & Responsibilities: * Assist manager in overseeing Accounts department functions, such as monthly and year end closing.

• Assist manager with yearly financial audit.
• Bank reconciliation and GST submissions.
• Accounts Payable functions - process supplier invoices into accounting system and arrange bank transfer for payment.
• Accounts Receivable functions - update customer payment, prepare monthly statement of accounts, aging report and assist in sales commission system.
• To review and monitor the work of outsource accounting company, which undertakes the functions of management reports, GST, and annual tax returns.
• To ensure the accounting process complies with the law.
• To assist with preparation of any other regulatory submissions.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in manufactory industry is an advantage.
• Experience in MYOB/ABSS accounting system is an advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business / Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Office.
• Able to commence immediately or with short notice
