Job Description

As the Account Executive- Marketing/Events Specialist , you will be responsible for:

• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains clients\xe2\x80\x99 and GEM COMM\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plans, executes, and measures content for social media and EDMs.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates emerging technologies to enhance social media outreach
• Events management
• Manage and form long-term client relationships with key accounts and strategic accounts
• Identify customer requirements and growth strategies in order to plan and develop projects which matched with their need
• Consulting with clients on project issues
• Develop and maintain close relations with local business community in order to fulfill client\xe2\x80\x99s needs more effectively

• Be familiar with all seminars, services, applications in order to discuss and explain materials to prospective clients

• Assist in coordination and implementation of marketing activities

• Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic pitch presentations

• Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
