Responsibilities

Responsible for full set of accounts
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
Handling of AP functions such as processing of payment to suppliers, and verifying and processing of employee\xe2\x80\x99s expenses & claims, & etc
Handling of AR functions such as invoice billings, issuing credit notes, statement of accounts, & etc
Preparation of month end journals, input journal entries into system
Maintaining and reconciliation of fixed asset sub-ledger to general ledger
Submission of GST returns
Financial / Management reporting
Assist in the financial audit preparation and coordination for the audit process
Required to assist in HR the functions such as Work Pass Application / Issuance / Renewal / Cancellation & processing of monthly payroll
Other duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements

Min Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in same capacity
Have experience in payroll and HR matters
Hands on experience with SAP will be an added advantage
A responsible mature individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
