Roles & Responsibilities
Info can be share ATM: -
- Basic Salary: UP $3800 + AWS + VB
- Woodlands
- 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours
Your Responsibilities: -
- Responsible full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including invoices, credit card, staff claims, review purchase requisition, issuing purchase order, maintaining vendor master, etc.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecast, journal entries, balance sheet schedules
- Budget & analyse correctly Fixed Asset and current liabilities
- Preparing budget forecast and yearly planning
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
You will need: -
- Min. 2 -3 years of relevant working experiences
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers including Chinese counterparts
