RESPONSIBILITIES

• AP, AR monthly closing and handle full sets of Accounts.
• Prepare journals & data entry.
• Timely closing of month-end & year-end accounts.
• Preparation of accounts schedules.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns quarterly.
• Assisting in variance analysis, budgeting, management reporting and inventory management.
• Preparation of financial statements for statutory and tax reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
• Preparation of monthly management report.
• Other ad hoc administrative work assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, ACCA.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment / preferably in a supervisory role.
• Attentive to details and accuracy.
• Knowledge of FRS .
• Experience in AS400 accounting system is a advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, develop reporting accounting issues and recommend improvement.
