Job Description

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities

• Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of patients\' insurance claims and to manage claims matters;
• Ensure timely entries of approved claim in system;
• Reconcile claim settlements with receivables and outstanding accounts payable;
• Prepare monthly reports to flag out outstanding and ambiguous matters; follow up on outstanding receivables; conduct periodic AR review;
• Prepare and ensure timely refund to patients;
• Ensure maintenance and completeness of claims records;
• Issue of sales invoice and follow up on other ad hoc AR matters;
• Keep abreast with prevailing medical insurance claim guidelines that has impact on patients\' claims and come up with measures to smoothen the claim process for patients;

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting / finance and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
