Job Description

We are seeking an

Accounts Executive

to take full ownership of our day-to-day finance operations. You will manage

accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly bank reconciliations

in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This is a hands-on role that requires discipline, attention to detail, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash

Prepare and issue

client cost estimates and invoices

Track

receivables

and follow up on overdue accounts Maintain accurate

bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online

(AP, AR, expenses) Perform

monthly bank reconciliations

and assist in month-end closing Liaise with external accountants/auditors for reporting and compliance Support

basic HR administration

(leave records, staff claims) Maintain proper

filing and documentation

for all financial and contractual records

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience

(non-negotiable) 2-3 years of experience managing AP, AR, and bank reconciliations Proficiency in

Google Workspace

(Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) Strong

attention to detail and organizational skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Good communication and interpersonal skills Bonus: Familiarity with

GST filings, government grants, and claims
