West (Company transport provided)

Salary Range:

$3,000 - $3,800 Monthly

An established engineering company in the

marine and offshore sector

is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

to support project-based finance operations. This role offers exposure to construction contract accounting and close collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

Handle monthly

Percentage of Completion (POC)

computation, including cost allocation, accruals, and progress tracking. Prepare and post journals for construction revenue and cost recognition. Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare monthly project summary reports and monitor performance. Review and track project cost status with relevant departments. Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance with controls.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional qualification. Minimum

3 years of experience

in a

project-based industry

(e.g., construction, marine, or engineering). Familiarity with

construction contract accounting

is essential. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

. A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
