Position: Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Accounts Executive

to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the company's financial processes.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

Managing and handling full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations Co-ordinate to ensure completeness of journal entries; supported with the necessary documents Perform timely month-end closing of accounts Prepare Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet schedules Handle quarterly GST report Ensure timely and provide accurate, reliable and complete set of financial statements and management reports Involved in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Perform year-end closing and audit schedules and liaise with external auditors and tax agents Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentations for audit Ensure compliance and alignment of accounting policies and procedures with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements/ government regulations Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting Perform general accounting administrative duties Work with other department in resolving all finance/ accounts related issues Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (FMCG/retail industry preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes and accounting software Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management Good team player with a positive work attitude Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Able to work well under pressure
