Job Description

Qualification

: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.


Experience

: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the logistics, transport, or warehousing sector.





Knowledge

:


Strong understanding of AP, AR, and GL processes.


Familiar with fleet-related costs such as fuel, ERP, parking, road tax, insurance, and maintenance tracking.


Knowledge of GST submissions, audit schedules, and financial reporting.





Technical Skills

:


Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).


Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or SAP.





Soft Skills

:


Meticulous, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.


Strong communication and teamwork skills.


Proactive in problem-solving and improving internal processes.





Other Requirements

:


Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Good understanding of confidentiality and financial data integrity.
