Position Overview:
Key person in managing EarlyAfter's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our day-to-day accounting activities.
Work closely with management, suppliers, and team leads to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full sets of accounts
Prepare monthly financial and management reports
Manage invoices, supplier payments, and staff expense claims
Reconcile daily sales and petty cash from cafe and bar outlets
Prepare GST submissions and ensure statutory compliance (IRAS, CPF, etc.)
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external vendors when required
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and cash flow monitoring
Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all transactions
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience (F&B background preferred)
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
Passion for the F&B/lifestyle industry is a plus
