Interact closely with marketing department to provide billing support and analysis using XERO system;
Check bank statement on a daily basis and issue official receipts;
Perform monthly bank reconciliations;
Review outstanding debts and follow up as appropriate;
Prepare and maintain records of purchases and payments;
Generate GST report for GST return filings;
Assist on bookkeeping with XERO or Quickbooks Online;
Prepare financial statements (according to Singapore FRS) under the guidance of supervisor;
Handle queries from customers and communicate in English and Mandarin;
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any
Requirements:
Degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
Meticulous and detailed;
Highly motivated with a desire to learn;
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin to manage client portfolio;
