Perform
monthly bank reconciliations
for all company bank accounts.
Maintain and organize all
accounting records
for audit and IRAS 5-year record-keeping compliance.
Prepare and file
quarterly GST submissions
accurately and on time.
Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records
of financial transactions and supporting documents.
Assist in the preparation of
financial statements and management reports

Ensure compliance with company
accounting policies, audit standards, and tax requirements
.
Manage day-to-day
e-commerce platform operations
(Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) -- including order processing, dispatch, and coordination with logistics.
Oversee and coordinate quarterly stock-take exercises
, ensuring all physical inventory is accurately verified against system records.
Update and reconcile inventory data
in the AutoCount accounting system to maintain accurate inventory valuation.
Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure
inventory accuracy.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Accountancy
or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum
1 year of relevant accounting experience

Proficient in:
AutoCount Accounting System
(Accounting and Inventory Modules)
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation) and
Microsoft Word
Familiar with:
Shopee

, and
TikTok Seller Centres
for order and sales reconciliation
Microsoft 365
or
Google Workspace
for document management and reporting Experience with
Zetpy
or other e-commerce integration platforms is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
