Job Description
- Position : Accounts Executive - Up to $3,500 - Near Paya Lebar MRT
- Location : Geylang Road - Near Paya Lebar MRT
- Working hours : 5 Day Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Education
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual management/statutory reports including its monthly schedules on a timely basis
- Prepare annual budget
- Maintain and ensure compliance with proper internal controls and procedures
- Ensure that all matters pertaining to banking, auditing, taxation and statutory requirements are properly managed.
- To provide and execute a full range of organisational support services to meet the day-to-day and ad-hoc activities of Finance Department
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Accounts or related
- Prior experience in accounts field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
