Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
• Process accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries promptly.
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and financial records in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software and physical files.
• Collaborate with other departments to address financial issues.
• Provide support and training to junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Office hours: Monday to Friday
• Location: Jurong East or Paya Lebar
