Job Summary:

• UP $3500
• 5 days Monday-Friday (8.30-6.15pm)
• Marine Parade

Job Responsibilities:

• o assist in the collation of data/queries and liaison with auditors and tax agents to ensure all tax, audit, and accounting-related matters are properly and effectively handled
• Preparation of audit/tax schedules as required
• Work with the team and system vendors on SMART/GP matters to help drive system fixes or process improvement to improve control & compliance
• To assist in the preparation of management reports, including working with internal stakeholders to prepare presentation materials for quarterly board of directors\' meetings, business unit meetings, etc
• To assist in the preparation and compilation of annual budgets
• To complete business surveys as required by the Department of Statistics
• Sustain and continue to strive for quality excellence and keep abreast of industry\'s new developments, trends and policies
• To support submission of claims to ECDA for development grant, furniture & equipment grant, and recurrent grant according to timeline
