Job Description


  • Handle full set of accounting, maintenance of general ledger
  • Liaise with Internal and External Auditors for annual audits
  • Prepare the annual budget and support the treasurer in his work
  • Perform payroll function
  • Perform full recruitment cycle
  • Handle all work pass documentation
  • Liaise with government agency for claims
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
Pre-Requisites
  • Have a Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of books
  • Hands-on experience with MYOB
  • Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and related tools
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR practices and related regulations
