Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:As a member of Accounts Information & Services Department, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of CPF members\' CPF accounts and personal particulars records, as well as ensuring the provision of accurate data and services to CPF members, internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing Projects or System Enhancements (e.g. closure of CPF accounts of foreigners; closure of Special Account for CPF members aged 55 and above; implementing the Year-in-Review statement) o Translating enhancements into requirements for development by our IT support o Drafting test cases and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure objectives are met in various scenarios o Conducting post-implementation quality assurance o Manage stakeholders and work on deliverables within the implementation timeline \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing Operations and Conducting Process Reviews o Analyse, monitor trends and proposing enhancements to anticipate new customer needs o Assist in monitoring operations and proposing improvements to policies or processes, with a focus on automation and reduction of manual work o Reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), implementing enhancements, communicating revised SOP and train the operations team o Approving applications processed by the operations team and vetting correspondences from the public to address their enquiriesWhat we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated experience in project management and operations management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging with internal and external parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interpret data and trends; proficiency in statistical and programming software (e.g., STATA, Python) is a valuable asset. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good problem-solving skills, adept at addressing and resolving operational challenges effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and insights. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
