Deal and attend to the issues as raised (external & internal). . Manage & lead 2 accounts payable assistant, ensure that jobs is properly done and in accordance to company's procedure and standard . Check and post on the invoices, review payments proposal . Arrange for Interco fund transfer. . In-charge of monthly AP closing. (i.e. Journal posting, Interco balances reconciliation, AP Aging revaluation etc) . Review monthly Vendors' SOA reconciliation and prepare for audit schedules. . Review long outstanding unpaid invoices & GRIR balances. . Handle supplier special payment term or mode of payment (i.e. Letter of Credit). . Prepare for monthly / quarterly input GST report, WHT report & Bank related report. . Handle GST ACAP project. . Liaise with internal & external auditors. . Documents filing & packing. . Ad hoc assignment assigned. Job Requirements : . At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable. . 1 year of experience in managing & leading junior colleagues . Knowledge in AP. . Preferred competencies on SAP ERP system. . Good interpersonal and communication skills. . Proficient in MS office, especially in MS Excel, Word, Power Point. . Ability to interact with all levels of personnel (internal and external). . Pro-active, independent and meticulous with attention to details and figures. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
