Job Description
Job Scope: * Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. * Monitoring Ship Owner's Fund Balances. * Manage Inter-Company transactions. * Processing Intercompany Billings. Job Scope: Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. Monitoring Ship Owner's Fund Balances. Manage Inter-Company transactions. Processing Intercompany Billings. Bank Reconciliations. Updating Accounting Entries on a daily basis. Sending Remittance Advices to Suppliers. Responding to Suppliers, Bankers and Internal Offices on Payment Enquires. Allocation of costs and expenses to ships. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirement: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy.
