Summary:

• Central (Orchard)
• 5 Days Office Hours
• Healthcare Industry
• AWS + Bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable including General Ledger
• Process expenses claims
• Ensure timely payment of expenses claims, clients and/or suppliers
• Forecast weekly cash outflow
• Prepare AP month end reporting - eg. Details aging report & accrual and prepayment schedule
• Maintain a good filing system for all paid and unpaid invoices
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Experience in handling large volume of transactions
• Experience in using accounting software, MYOB, SAP
• Healthcare background experiences will be an advantage
