Job Description
Working Days: Mon to Thurs 8:30am-6pm & Fri 8:30am-5:30pmWorking Location: CommonwealthSalary: $3000 - $3,200Job Scope
- To handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable
- Matching and checking of vendor\'s invoice, PO/DO
- Payment to vendors - Cheques/Giro/TT Payments - Multi-currencies
- Maintain accounts payable ledgers using accounting software
- In charge of staff claims
- Undertake day to day and month-end accounting and reporting functions
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation , Quarterly GST reporting , Monthly cashflow forecast, etc
- Provide assistance in year end audits
- Handling of overseas related companies accounts
- Checking of claims and payments made by overseas related companies
- Ensuring the accuracy of month-end reports submitted by overseas related companies
- Provide assistance in checking year-end reports submitted by overseas related companies
- Assists in ad-hoc administrative duties
- Any other duties as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
- Has 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS word, Excel spreadsheet
- Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics NAV system preferred
